What documents should be prepared following a warehouse inspection?

Following the inspection, a report or checklist of identified violations is compiled, documenting the findings, deadlines for resolution, and responsible persons. Photographic evidence, a cargo placement diagram, and fire extinguisher maintenance information may be attached to the report. In addition to the report, if necessary, an order is issued, which serves as the basis for corrective action.
