The initial inspection is conducted before the warehouse begins operations or when changing tenants. The inspection includes an analysis of the load-bearing structures, an assessment of the condition of utility systems, and a check of the availability of fire protection equipment, evacuation plans, and storage conditions. Additionally, the premises’ compliance with the fire hazard category and the availability of documents confirming the permitted use of the space are assessed. A technical report is prepared based on the results.
